VIDEO - Norfolk State Men’s Basketball Team Welcomed Home
Hundreds of students and Norfolk State University basketball fans welcomed home the MEAC champion Spartans to campus this evening. Norfolk State defeated nationally-ranked Missouri in the tournament last week, becoming the third team from the MEAC to advance in the NCAA National Basketball Tournament in the last 15 years.
Ken Spencer Out as Saint Augustine’s Men’s Basketball Coach
In a brief statement, Saint Augustine’s College today announced that men’s basketball coach Ken Spencer will not return to the Falcons next season. Spencer posted a 23-32 overall record during his two seasons with the Falcons including a 14-14 mark this season.
